Terms and Conditions

Students are expected to fully complete the registration processes and abide by the terms and conditions set out below. Failure to do so may result in the individual being excluded from the class permanently. These conditions are set out to ensure that all students are able to fully benefit from the class session.

Registration


Students must register using the online portal and provide accurate details and maintain and update these details when changes occur.  It is the responsibility of each student to provide accurate details of a functional email address that will be used for registration, enrolment and communication.  Each student is responsible for ensuring that their My-Syllabus account is not shared with other people including other students. Only students who have registered, applied and accepted onto the course may attend the paid courses sessions, tutorials (if applicable) and exams. Duplicate registrations are not allowed, any issues relating to registration should be sent to

iSyllabus Limited reserves the right to discontinue any student’s registration on the course at its discretion.

Course Fees

Students must have paid the specified course or agreed scholarship fee by or on the registration day for the course for which they have enrolled on. Failure to pay the specified course fee may result in the student being removed from the course.

Refunds and Transfers

Student who are unable to attend should inform the Admin Team as soon a possible to discuss their circumstance. In such cases a refund may be provided if the student has attended less than one semester of the course.  If the student has attended more than one semester, a refund may be offered at the discretion of the Admin Team. Transfers from like for like courses are possible between cities and is based on availability of spaces.

Student Conduct


Students are expected to maintain Islamic etiquettes and conduct in all interactions with fellow students, instructors, and course administrators. Students who display inappropriate behaviour or disrespect to fellow students or teachers may be removed from the course. The resulting removal may be without a refund and will result in suspension of their My Syllabus account.

Marketing

iSyllabus will automatically include all student email addresses and mobile numbers on our central marketing list where we sometimes send details of forthcoming events and courses. To be excluded from our email and text marketing, please email with 'REMOVE' in the subject detailing whether you would like to be removed from the SMS or email list.

Data Protection Act

iSyllabus will process any personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Requests for copies of personal data held can be made by emailing .
